These apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order through the head office, telephone sales department or online, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.     Ordering

    Orders may be placed online. All orders are subject to product availability. All orders processed online are pending until approved by our inventory team.

    Payment

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is signed and approved. 50% of total cost is due at the time of order.

    Sales tax

    All California sales are subject to Pacoima’s sales tax (currently 9.25%). All taxes, including sales and use taxes, on out of state transactions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Shipping

    Shipping is is calculated based on location.

    Cancellations & Returns Policy  All sales are final sale and non-refundable.
